April 16, 2011 – “My Buddy.” Pancho, Lucy and their owner were returning from a run when we met. Pancho did his usual whining and then did something he never did. He jumped up on the arm of my wheelchair and licked my face. After we talked a bit the owner left with the pups. But, Pancho wasn't leaving. He started to walk away but only took 5 steps and came back for me. Here he wants to listen to the command to leave but resisted. I ended up having to go with him so he would leave. I think he's my buddy if I had any doubts before. (Day 106:365 @sharkbayte)
